St Lucia Open Day

Explore our St Lucia campus and experience life as a UQ student.

Event sessions

Open Day is your chance to meet lecturers, hear from leading researchers and explore (and enjoy) our facilities.

This year, we’re welcoming you in person and online, so you can experience UQ St Lucia from wherever you are.

To see what studying with us is really like, all you need to do is register now and join us on the day.

What’s on

To make the most of your day:

  • Say hello at our Welcome Hub. Don’t forget to download the UQ Open Day app and check in at the hub to receive a wristband – this will give you access to all indoor events.
  • Meet our lecturers and students. They’ll be available to answer your questions and give advice in person or online.
  • Take a physical or virtual tour of our campus. From our award-winning buildings to our awe-inspiring greenery, explore the grounds to experience student life at UQ.
  • Attend a seminar to discover your study options. Get the 101 on your preferred programs by joining a session in a lecture theatre or by live streaming online.
  • Watch exclusive on-demand content about all things UQ – including in-depth looks into our programs, accommodation, scholarships and more.
  • Take a break and have some fun. For the moments in between, enjoy our food stalls, play a game or take a moment to relax in the Great Court.
