If you want to do something original, expand the frontiers of knowledge, and challenge yourself, then a higher degree by research (HDR) could be for you.

But how do you write a thesis proposal? What about scholarships? Staff from the Graduate School and from University faculties, institutes and centres will be available to answer your questions.

The UQ Centre is a major function centre in the heart of St Lucia campus.

The centre is located in the elite sporting precinct, adjacent to the David Theile Olympic Swimming Pool and across from the UQ Fitness Centre.

On the day, free parking will be available in the P10 carpark underneath the UQ Centre – collect a voucher at the carpark entrance.

St Lucia campus is also easily accessible by frequent public transport services, including CityCat and bus.
