This major covers everything you need to know about marketing.

You'll study marketing strategy and customer behaviour, including how personality, lifestyle and culture affect purchasing decisions.

Also, you'll get to study your choice of topics from market research, brand management, sales and accounts, and product management.

A semester-long industry placement (100 hours) will give you insight into the operations of a large business and the realities of organisational settings. This major will prepare you to work in a huge range of marketing teams in industries including tourism, arts and entertainment, sales and retail, and not-for-profit agencies.
