Organisational Psychology

Graduate Diploma in Psychological Practice

You'll understand behaviour in organisational settings by systematically studying individual, group and organisational processes.

You'll employ a 'scientist-practitioner' method of inquiry, first by seeking understanding of behaviour within employment contexts, and then by developing techniques and skills that foster employee well-being and organisational effectiveness.
