Privacy notice: Open Day

The University of Queensland collects your personal information on the EventsAir platform for the primary purpose of facilitating your registration for student recruitment events.

Where you have consented, the University will also use this information to keep you informed of relevant UQ programs, events and scholarships.

Information will also be collected during the event such as metadata on the booths and locations you have visited, session attendance, tour participation, participation in chat sessions and length of time spent engaging with the event including via the EventsAir platform and app (where applicable). This information will be used to help improve the event in future years and facilitate follow-up if individuals requested a chat/meeting or had questions that were not answered.

The University will not disclose this information to a third party without your agreement, except in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and other relevant privacy laws.
