Project description
This project explores the impact that the increasing use of digitised HR technologies, in particular metricised performance measurement and metric systems, are having on the workforce.
It will generate a greater understanding of why, when and how these systems have a positive rather than a negative impact on employee motivation, wellbeing and performance. It aims to identify ways to help enhance organisations’ understanding and capability of these systems to ensure that they positively influence worker wellbeing and work culture.
